Our delivery times vary depending on the destination and are between 5 and 15 working days:

  • United Kingdom : 5 to 12 working days*
  • United States : 5 to 15 business days*

    *Delivery times are given as an indication, excluding weekends, public holidays or possible delays linked to customs or exceptional circumstances (strikes, periods of high activity, etc.).



3. Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with one or more tracking numbers . You can track each package in real time.

4. Will I receive my items in one package?

Not always.
For logistical reasons, some products are shipped from different warehouses, so it is possible to receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers .
